1. Booking & Payments

All bookings for tours and transfers are subject to availability. Prices for VIP transfers are per vehicle (maximum 7 passengers), not per person. Final confirmation of bookings will be handled directly via our WhatsApp communication channel.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee depending on the nature of the booked service.

3. User Responsibilities

When booking a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring you are at the designated pick-up location on time.

4. Liability

igo2northcyprus strives to provide safe and timely services. However, we are not liable for delays caused by unpredictable factors such as heavy traffic, extreme weather, or other force majeure events.
